Return & Refund Policy

At MENMI, we want you to shop without worries. We design and deliver every outfit with care, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, we make sure the return process is simple and stress-free.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

• You can raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags/packaging.
• Customized/altered outfits cannot be returned or refunded.

Process:

1. Drop us an email at ————- with your Order ID and reason.
2. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return steps.
3. Once we receive the product, our quality check team inspects it.
4. Refund/exchange is processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. If you paid via COD, you can share your bank details for the transfer.
